Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Business days exclude Fridays and Saturdays

  • Processing may be delayed during official holidays, including:

    • Eid Al-Fitr

    • Eid Al-Adha

    • January 25

    • June 30

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping only is available

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

  • In many cases, orders are delivered earlier than expected

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on customer location

  • Free shipping is available once the minimum order threshold is reached

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Delivery Areas

  • Shipping is available across Egypt, except some areas such as North Sinai and South Sinai

5. Order Tracking

  • Order tracking is available through the customer dashboard

  • Access requires signing in using the same details used during purchase

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD isn't available

7. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times

  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be canceled

  • Shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 7–9 days

8. Incorrect Address

  • If you entered an incorrect address, please update it by signing in:

  • If the order is shipped before correction:

    • The shipment will be returned to our facility

    • Shipping fees will be deducted from prepaid orders

  • If you request re-delivery:

    • New shipping fees will apply (total of two shipping charges)

9. Delays Disclaimer

  • We are responsible for delays caused by courier issues or high demand

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected events
